Where can I find the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by visiting aunionbrand.com/orders. You will need your order number and billing email address.
Can I still change my address?
After placing your order, we will start packing your order as soon as possible! If it is not shipped yet, we can arrange for your address to be changed. Please contact us as soon as possible via orders@aunionbrand.com.
How do I cancel my order?
Sorry to hear that you want to cancel your order. If you ordered today and have not yet received a shipping confirmation, we can still cancel your order. Contact us at orders@aunionbrand.com. To speed up the process, send us a message with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
